How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your SubSavvy Premium subscription at any time through your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Play Store > Payments & subscriptions.

Is my bank data safe?

Yes. We use Basiq, an accredited CDR data recipient, to connect to your bank. We never see or store your bank login credentials, and your data is encrypted at all times.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled directly by Apple or Google. Please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support to request a refund for your subscription.

Why isn't my bank listed?

We support over 140 Australian financial institutions. If you don't see yours, it may not yet support the CDR Open Banking standard. We add new banks as they become available.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app. Go to Settings > Profile > Delete Account. This action is permanent.
