Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the SubSavvy mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by SubSavvy ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Apple Users: By downloading our app from the Apple App Store, you agree to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) in addition to these Terms.
2. Subscription Terms
Billing
SubSavvy offers a Premium subscription service. You can purchase a monthly subscription for $9.99 AUD (or the equivalent in your local currency).
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
- Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
Free Trial
SubSavvy may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged the monthly subscription fee.
3. Bank Data Services (CDR)
Our Service uses the Consumer Data Right (CDR) framework via our partner, Basiq, to access your banking transaction data. By connecting your bank account, you authorise us to access your transaction history solely for the purpose of providing subscription tracking and budgeting features.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of bank data provided by third parties. You are responsible for verifying your actual bank statements.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SubSavvy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We are not a financial advisor. The information provided by the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
